E-Design

E-design is a fast, an painless way to work with a designer without having to commit to a full interior design service

​

The design fee varies based on needs and square footage, but most start around $2.5k (design fee only, not including furniture budget).

 

I truly strive to understand your design personality and create totally custom, unique and visually stunning spaces for you that you can see realistically and accurately in your space and make any adjustments that turns a design into the absolute perfect space you want.

In Short, you can see exactly what you are getting yourself into before you spend tens of thousands of dollars with a contractor.

What you get:

3 meetings to discuss the design

Space planning, design concept, materials and finish ideas

3D model of your space 

realistic renderings of the design

design options in the form of the 3D model and realistic renderings to choose from.

Finalized renderings, CAD drawings (for millwork, built-ins and cabinetry... (to give to your contractor). 

Shopping list of items in the space: Furniture, products, and fixture.

How it works:

​

  • Fill out our questionnaire (be as detailed as possible)

  • Attach photos of the space(s) you’d like to have designed

  • Submit measurements, floor plans (if applicable), pinterest board or inspiration images.

  • I send you a quote

  • You approve it and make 50% payment

  • We have our first meeting about specifics within the space. 

  • I start designing

  • You’ll get an ideaboard, space plan sketches. We have a meeting via phone call, facetime, skype, video chat... to determine any changes and any material and finish options you would like to try. 

  • I create a 3D model with everything in the space and produce a few realistic renderings.with the different options. 

  • we have a final meeting to discuss the aspects you like from the options. 

  • you pay the remainder of the invoice. 

  • I combine your choices into one final model and renderings and present you with a shopping list for furniture and products. AutoCAD plans if needed for builtins, kitchens... for your contractor.

Residential  E-Design 

Starts around $2,500 but can vary based on sf. 

If there are no custom builtins, cabinetry and detailed AutoCAD drawings are not required, $500 less.

Residential Kitchens

Starting at $3,000 (Detailed AutoCAD drawings required).

Additional charges are based on:

larger than 350sf 

Additional changes or meetings

Additional custom artwork

Custom millwork design

Restaurant or Bar design

Starts at $12,000 (depending on sf).

Commercial Office Design

Space planning and conceptual design starting at $8,000 (depending on sf).

Retail Design

Residential Rush Job

(10 day deadline) - Additional $500

Renderings and CAD documents are conceptual in nature and intended to set forth design intent only. They are not to be used for architectural or engineering purposes. Nicole Beaudry does not provide architectural or engineering services and cannot be held liable for designs used for such purpose or any aspect of construction that involves the removal and/or design of load-bearing walls. The AutoCAD documents are conceptual and provided to the builder for their convenience and must be checked for errors.

Ownership of Designs.

All concepts, drawings, and specifications prepared by Nicole Beaudry (a.k.a. rendering images and AutoCAD drawings) and all copyrights and other proprietary rights applicable thereto remain at all times Nicole Beaudry’s property. Project Documents may not be used by Client for any purpose other than completion of this specific project by a builder. If the nature of the Project requires engagement by Client of any contractors to perform work based upon Nicole Beaudry’s concepts, drawings or interior design specifications, the Client will enter into contracts directly with the concerned contractor.

Photographic and Publishing Rights.

The designer has permission to document/photograph the competed design to use in her professional portfolio. Privacy is of serious importance and no names or specific addresses will be used in publication unless permission is given by the Client.
