•Executed a complete corporate office renovation of 12,500 sf building with a $700,000 budget. 

•Worked daily on-site with developer, contractors and subcontractors, edited CAD shop drawings, designed custom desks, selected finishes, purchased furniture, monitored change orders, and created multiple SketchUp renderings for the entire building.

•Designed 20 private offices and custom desks

•Produced 100+ renderings and design options for client.

•Purchased lighting, tile, paint, furniture, accessories and monitored change orders with developer.

•Addressed problems and made changes on construction site. 

•Designed and painted statement walls.   

•Designed 2 large public restrooms and 1 ADA executive restroom.
